The machha bhaja (fish fry), dalma or muri-mangsho (puffed rice with mutton) is a delectable delicacy, whipped up with a recipe handed down the generations in the royal kitchen. The property believes in zero waste and so the spread is made just enough for your group size and yes always a handmade paan to digest the meal as an after sweetener is offered.
